A national number

The 115 is a national phone number managed departmentally. The 115 division of the SIAO Paris receives all calls made from Paris. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A simultaneous translation service allows him to respond in all languages.

The social counselors assess the needs of callers, inform them of the mechanisms available to them (access to basic care, access to rights – in particular that of being followed by a social worker – etc.), and direct them towards solutions for accommodation depending on the places available. These solutions are short-term accommodations with very limited availability.

To have access to stable accommodation, you must start a social follow-up with a social worker in order to make a SIAO request.
